Used it for my MS 2000 work machine. Apparently MS no longer supports it, or at least, so they said. Hope it will not try to change again when the end of March rolls around.

Found out this AM, my PC was ready for new DST, but my Outlook wasn't. I had to run a M$ utility to update the calendar entries.

I guess it was ready. When I got home this morning after work, the PC was the only clock I didn't have to reset.

It detects whether your umbubulator is in syc with your coordinator of your hard drives' systematic data unit.....or....uh....I have no clue honestly.

I downloaded bjcsc's link for my 2000 machine and it worked. My main XP machine did it with no prompting. What's going to happen the next time they decide to change DST? Same scramble with older OS's I suppose.

I hope bjcsc's little program disabled 2000's normal DST change function. I guess we will see come last weekend in March.

If you really want to know, check out KB931836. Essentially, all it has to do is examine attributes on tzchange.exe.
