is a 17' cc self bailing

looking to buy a used 17' cc, is the floor in this model above the waterline thus making it self bailing ? thanks

Hope you bought the boat! I believe all the 172s are self bailing. They are filled with foam with only little space in the bilge-- so little McKee did not put a bilge pump in.
