I think I got it. I won't be able to run it for a couple days but its throwing good spark. The little clips were corroded where you shove them through the spark plug wire. I should have noticed this when I put the new wires on. The clip was also not grabbing onto my tester very well. I was also not spinning it fast enough. So I thightened the springs up a little and hooked my cordless drill up to the flywheel nut, and we have good consistent spark. Thanks for all the help. I will post back on this when I get her fired up.
