Just wondering if anyone can help me understand how these interior panels come off. They are screwed at the top and from underneath the vinyl into the frame of the boat. What the hell? If someone knows how to remove these properly can you let me know? Thanks

Based on your name, I'm assuming you're referring to a bayliner but you don't say the model, year or what panels. Pics and further descriptions would be helpful. If you can feel behind the panel there may be nuts on bolts. If you are certain they are screws are there folds in the vinyl? Sometimes the screws are hidden behind the folds. More info neede.

Yes, that is right. If you unfold the vinyle from the top, you will find the top screws. There is another set of screws you can reach of you remove your rub rails. They are screwd to the flat board that carry the cup holders.
