Installing Thru Hull Transducer

Any Suggestions on how to install a thru hull transducer? Thank you for your help.

What kind is it?? What kind of boat do you have? What year is your boat? Length? Motor?

1999 24ft. Rinker w/ mercrusier 5.0 and the transducer is for Garmin 440s (its the plastic one not the brass). Thanks

You're talking about shooting thru the hull, right?? If so all you need to do is find the flattest part of the bilge and clean it well and epoxy it to the hull. Press it down good because air bubbles in the epoxy will cause a screwed up signal. Hope this helps.
