Inside a Mercruiser 165 Manifold

My manifold is bad. I cut it open to see how it is made. I am reasonably confidet I can recreate this manifold at work in mild steel, then rework in stainless. I will also reverse flow and baffle to fix the cracking issue. I am also cutting some weight. I will post pics on my progress.

I recomend looking for an aftermarket manifold and spending the extra time out boating insted of building one. A cast manifold should also run quieter
