Info on a motor?

Can some one tell me the HP and year, and what spark plugs, and fuel mix on what I think is a Montgomery Ward SEA KING? Here's the numbers on it:

65X626055

And on the transom mount plate: S# 7514-03001

i fuel mix to be 24:1 87 octane : TC-W3 outboard motor oil. Champion J6J gapped at .030 points gapped at .020

1956, 5 HP, 2 cyl. Made by Gale, sold by Monty Ward. 24:1 fuel ratio. Don't know about the plug, sorry.

Thank you for your replies! I knew the plugs that were in it were not the correct ones. It's in ruff shape but I'd like to see if it's worth putting any money in it. This is a good start. Thanks again!
