Any ideas for the Amphenol Insertion and Pin Removal tools? I used a wire for the Socket Removal tool. Those are the three tools that sell for like $80.
got a cheap idea there too! I use the head of a finishing nail for removal (has a dimple in it to help center on the pin).
A needle nosed pliers seems to work for insertion of the pin, maybe with a little WD40 to assist.

OK, to update this thread with more information I've come up with, here’s a video that explains the OMC Amphenol connectors and how to work on them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RV3JwWdBInI .
