See, now that's a great link! Needed info. But when you click it there is nowhere on the page that tells you what forum that sticky is located in, not even if I hit desktop view and bust out the reading glasses. Could you please make that an sticky in the J/E or non technical forum? That way I could bug all the mods, not just you! But then you'll be gone soon anyways

Just got a recorded call from Kathy Johnson at Microsoft Support. She said I paid for a support agreement 3 months ago and MS Support has been ordered to shut down, that I'm due a refund and to call a 1-800 number to get my refund. The shutdown must be recent - I can't any news of it at any business website.

Since the Equifax 125 bucks looks like it's evaporating, I can use the offset. How much will I get back?

Just call that 800 number. Be sure to give them your credit card number, SS number and bank account info. That increases the amount you will receive.
