Idle passage screw adjustment?

Hello, I have a 1993 Evinrude 15hp. Is there a setting for the idle passage screw? It’s flat on one end. I know there is a slow speed adjustment on the top rear of this carb., Thx

???---That is NOT an adjustment screw !!

So you just screw it in till it bottoms out, It does turn its #17 on the parts list

and it is called "SCREW PLUG idle passage" in the BRP parts list. . It should tighten on to the washer #14
