identify motor help

got a 14 foot carolina skiff with an old 25 horse seahorse on her, whats the easiest way to find out the year model etc on these guys... i want to do a full restore on this motor...

If it has a model number or serial number on a plate on the midsection you could provide that here. If it's Very old with no model just a serial number then you can call BRP and give them the serial number and they can look it up for you.
