<br /><br />My BIL said that he saw a sign last weekend at one of the launch ramps that on the water campsites were full (Breakers). He is still planning on trying to secure Friendly Island on Wednesday the 29th. No guarantees though, so a back-up plan may be prudent for those thinking of camping on the water. I have a reservation at the Nautical, but still plan to camp.<br /><br />Any ideas for events? From the beginning I have been thinking let the weather help us decide what to do when we hook up. I am not a scheduled event type 'o guy, but maybe a largest fish for those that fish and bluest skin for those who plan on getting wet, brrrrr . . .<br /><br />I'd love to head to the Sandbar if it's not blowing too hard and maybe Pizza at London Bridge that evening, but completely open to suggestions. <br /><br />This is assuming I survive SW q's tonight at trivia!! <br /><br />Temperature today at Lake Havasu will be a cool 84 degrees. Extended weather forecast for April 1'st is "Free Beer all afternoon lasting into the evening hours".<br /><br />Taking my 20 foot boat out this weekend to Lake Plesant for an on the water boat show. People bring out their boats they want to sell and people can actually try them out. Not selling mine - but may be a fun day.
