I can answer to the mod question. Some of the mods spend much of their time helping out in the technical area and some of us answer various questions throughout the board that may not be quite so technical. All moderators monitor threads for appropriate content and keep the place cleaned up by moving threads to their proper place. <br /><br />Its a volunteer job and none of the moderators are paid employees of iboats. We just enjoy making this a great resource of information and fun place for new and old members. The rewards are endless.
