iboats censorship?

I was replying to a thread in the Mercury OB forum and included a link showing a part diagram. The part diagram was on the boats dot net/parts (**********/parts/) web pages. The posting SW filtered out the boats dot net part of the URL and replaced with a number of stars (see the text between the parenthesis).
Obviously the modified web page link does not load.
Any reason for this behavior?

PS. I have no affiliation whatsoever with the boats dot net web pages.

Yes, the other site is a major competitor to Iboats, the host of this forum. There is at least a handful of sites that are blocked.

iboats is a commercial business. In general if it is not in iboats' interests it is bad. Take a reread of our rules: http://forums.iboats.com/forum-rules-guidelines/forum-rules-397820.html There are a few other things we restrict to protect iboats.
