I think I have a trim tab problem?

I just got my MT1175-60 mobster tabs and they are the same for both sides.
I really need to use my boat tomorrow so I finished putting them on after noticing the potential problem.

Could this be correct, I just don't think so? It will probably work like this but it sure looks like there should be a port and starboard side.
What do ya think? At least it will be a fairly easy fix if I have to change things around.

you have one bolted on upside down.

I think the starboard one look right.

The port one needs to be flipped. Shouldn't take long, 5 bolts on the hinge and 2 on the bracket.

These tabs are bent around the edges and the under neath is white, I don't think it can be put on upside down. I guess I could try it until I can get a replacement or shall I try to get by running this way, will it do anything?
This is my first bass boat and I wasn't too happy about the way it got up on plane or how the bow was up when trying to go slow, thought the tabs would help.

I guess the best thing to do would be to call the manufacturer and email them the photos you posted here.

Let them make the call.
