Was the floor put in to cover soft or weak spots? What’s the shape of the structure and transom? Would hate to see you put a lot of money into tidying things up to only have the boat be rotten in its core.

Hello mate yes it was to cover a bad job of someone laying the ply. It wasn’t rotten or anything like that it was just that the job wasn’t done correctly
