I just got an older @

H I was given a older 10 foot portabote and am trying to get in the water. I am having trouble getting any information from portabote. First when trying to put it together today I noticed that there are four holes in the wood bracket that match holes in the hull. Do I need to get bolts to hold it together, also, there is a large stainless cable going through a hole in the vinyl transom, what is this used for?

I tried to up load some but the files were too large so I need to figure out how to make them smaller. I will get some here, soon.

Sometimes cropping them down a bit will get them under the max size

Gotta be videos out there that shows how everything goes together... There are videos of everything out there if you search hard enough.
