I have a larson and have 2 holes on it. One hole is 1/4 inch thick and about 5 inches long by the passanger seat and the other is about the size of a baseball at the bottom of the boat.

There are some really smart people on here... and from experience the first thing they are going to say is:

"Welcome to the Dry Dock! How about some pictures?"

Looks like your doing a new deck too.... Have you checked the foam for water saturation? Take some core samples and see if it's wet below.... if so it will need to come out....you should check stringers and transom for rot too while your in there.

In the first pics looks like a gash of a saw cut? Both hull repairs will need to be ground down to clean glass feathering outward inside and out... you will need some csm and resin....cut csm patches small to large increasing in size an inch or so bigger then the next. On the outside tape some plastic over the hole...on the inside wash down the area with acetone and start by wetting the area with poly resin/MEKP mix....lay small patch and wet out csm then proceed with larger patches and wet out again...then take some 1708 biax cloth and cover the area with 2 layers larger then the csm.... Same thing on the outside....then grind/sand flat....mix up some resin and add glass bubbles to make a fairing compound...apply to repair sand down low. Gelcoat the outside wet sand with 800,1000,1500 and 2000 grit paper and buff out.

The big one looks like an Air Void that the factory ( or someone else ) tried to fix but didnt do it all the way.

The cut pic looks like a scratch on the bottom .. it a a solid cut through ?

YD.
