My friend John sandblasted the pic by hand .

It looks really nice, he did a nice job, good artist. I cannot draw a stick figure myself.

I knew a fellow who could draw and he did some mirrors like that but used some kind of acid etch chemical.

You can also get etched class vinyl decals made.
