I knew that Link, exactly why I guided this thread in the direction I did. <br />Connie, several people have given me crust recipes and they are all basically the same. There must be a technique to working the dough. What tool do I need to incorporate the butter and what tool do I use to blend in the ice water to the dry mixture. Thanks.
