I envy you guys ... I'm married and own a boat ... it is hard to buy guns anymore! LOL! Besides, I lost all my guns in a boating accident several years ago. Now I just dream about buying new guns! ;)
Just need to retire and you'll have all kinds of disposable funds...🤑

I know a guy that is considered a trophy husband. He has lots of kool stuff and all the toys a guy would need including a ton of really nice guns but he’s always hanging out with the guys so I often wonder is he really happy.

My father took a mauser from a german soldier in worldwar 2, I still have it. Those 8mm (really 7.92) carabins are as heavy as they are precise. It is hard to get ammo so I hardly ever use it, but they are hard to beat.

Personally I’d much rather no one be able to easily detect that I’m carrying, and be absolutely comfortable at the same time. I’ve tried carrying some bigger handguns both inside and outside the waistband and couldn’t come to a compromise. Ive a bunch of holsters that were fails for me. I’ve settled on either S&W model 60 4 inch 357 mag inside appendix style with a cheap uncle mikes nylon, or my hellcat in a DeSantis mini scabbard outside waistband on my belt that I carry 99% of the time. I can draw the hellcat fast and am accurate with it. Lots of practice. Loaded with Hornady personal defense it checks all the boxes.
Another thing that helps put the pieces together is a quality heavy duty leather belt. I use a saddleback leather “tow belt” highly recommend.

how about a shoulder holster and a 38 snub nose revolver? They are easier to reach for.
