Mine is just the typical rimfire lever action in blue. I can say that over 50 years of shooting, it has been the most accurate rimfire I have ever owned. Mine was not real accurate to start, carefull examination showed a poor crown job, rather than returning it and having gunsmithing skills, I fixed it myself. Also some polishing on the feed ramp and it became a superb shooter. With my 2-7x32 scope and decent ammo it is easy sub inch at 50 yards, if I really get serious on a good day with good ammo, I have done many 1/2" at 50. Very much a fun rifle to shoot !!

Maybe 60 mile drive - I've wanted a lever action like this forever!!! :)

Just picked her up! At bass pro shops God I love that store! I should have my 44 special by tomorrow or the next day. It’s taking longer to get it then it did the 44 magnum.

Nothing like getting a new toy, no matter how old you get!

I did another thing SRM Arms SRM-1216 Semi Auto 18.5" barrel. 12 gauge holds 16 3" mag loads. I bit pricy but is there a better home defense weapon?
Just googled it.....That would be the ultimate in home defense/close quarters for sure.

Nice!! That’ll do the job, hope you never need it. In the past I’ve considered a shotgun specifically designed for home defense. Keltec has one that caught my eye. Was about 800$. Probably would have snagged one if I was into some sort of three gun style competition and if crime was a tangible issue here. Just couldn’t justify the cost for something I’d never use, come to think of it I have my share of safe queens already😁

I know will probably never use it for it's intended purpose but probably will not lose any money on it.

I dropped off a shotgun yesterday at the gunsmiths, they had just got in a beautiful 1911, always wanted one now I will have one. Will be my carry/truck gun. Same ammo as my judge, except the colt won't take the 410 rounds with brass discs and buck shot.

Timeless design for sure. My sig first generation spartan is a safe queen. Way too pretty to shoot much.

I envy you guys ... I'm married and own a boat ... it is hard to buy guns anymore! LOL! Besides, I lost all my guns in a boating accident several years ago. Now I just dream about buying new guns! ;)

I am replacing the guns I gave to my son, also buying guns to hand down to my grandsons certainly not buying guns for my own enjoyment.

I have always did side work or extra jobs to pay for my toys so I never took away from the family expenses. Actually taught adult education at local community college for over 24 years and that paid for lots of toys.

I had side jobs for years, flipped cars and trucks, home improvements, great cash money :)
