last night the problem came back i restored to a time before the problem, and can post pics again. now the restore undid a java update, and some microsoft updates including explorer 10, also norton identity protection, i will have to pay attention and see when it occurs maybe i can narrow down the cause

My guess is the update to explorer 10, make sure "Compatibility Mode" is turned off.

ok, the norton and java updates are back, i can still upload pics, guess that leaves the e 10 update

That's strange, let me update to 10 and try it out.

i have reinstalled all updates, except e 10 and and i can still post pics, something to do with e 10, either the update or settings
