Hull restoration on aluminum boat

Does anyone know that if I remove the wooden floor in my 1987 Bass Tracker Pro 16 under the console will I have access to the aluminum hull and the rivets? Trying to avoid disassembling everything and flipping boat!

Probably will have to chisel out foam but it should get you access to the inner hull. But flex seal will not fix it.
