HT Leads ?

Hi, about to change the Spark plug leads, the original are copper cored, can i use the newer Silicone leads ?

If its a CDI igniton I would say yes as they do introduce resistance at a rate of 15000 ohms per 3 ft into the system . For coil or magneto I would stick with the copper core which you can buy by the foot and fit your own ends.
