How would you fix this?

Looks like the original roller trailer caused this break/crack. Had the hull full of water today and that spot didn't leak. Opinions?

Plan to do that to all the interior seams and rivets before the foam and deck goes back in. But, that pic is on the outside bottom of the hull. I don't think gulvit would stop that crack running to the right on that rib. Suggestions?
