How would you do this transom?

Excavators and forklifts make everything so much easier. just lift the damm thing in the air when you need it

Exactly, stand it straight up if needed( I've done that)or put it on its back, belly up. And... do it with no help.

Not to high jack, just showing you the stringer I built for my boat like that.
Its a 1x12" tapered and lammed with 1x4"s each side.. just because. wider area to glue to from top side and un-needed strength.
And 4-5 coats of epoxy before any glass.
