Part of our patrol duties is to check the radio tower lights every night and report any light failures to FAA so they ccan re-direct flights. The radio 10 code for tower lights is 10-90 meaning all lights are burning properly. 10-90 J1 means lights on the upper level are out, j2 means second level and so on. So when we encounter a mental midget we identify them on the radio by 10-90J1. (lights on upper level not working)
