Hey guys. I need some help here I’m trying to remove the mercury controls on a boat I just bought because the motor is bad. I’m changing into an OMC. I really want to get this boat on the water this weekend but for the life of me I can’t figure out how to get this controller off without ruining it. I have sold it with the motor. I’ve already found one set screw hidden in the controller handle. I assume there are others but I cannot seem to find them. My eyes cannot see. My phone camera is not picking them up. I assume that this handle has to come off in order to remove the cover plate which then exposes bolts to remove the hidden mechanism behind the sideboard. Any help would be appreciated here. I’m dealing with a cold sideways wind . Not fun need to get this done Thank you very much in advance
