How to remove all Decking 1989 Tracker

I need to know the easiest way to strip this boat down to the bare hull, so I can change it into a duck boat. Thanks in advance

Just start taking out screws and drilling out blind rivets.

It should be riveted under the carpeting.

I don't know about you but I would just leave it like that I left mine it is nice to store the decoys out of the way and the rod box works well for the shot gun and it makes it easy for the dogs to get out of the back of the boat.
