Re: how to dry out the foam

Any idea on how to figure how much 2 part I would need? The gash has since been repaired by 2 layers of mat glass followed by 2 layers of cloth on both sides.

Give me the length, width, and depth of your void and I'll figure it for you.

How do those stringers look?

They look pretty rough and their very thin only 3/4" wrapped in fiberglass. I was thinking if just running a 2x8 down each side with carriage bolts then fiberglassing over then to seal then and laying down new cross members. I'll get those measurements after I get it cleaned up.

Turns out the stringers aren't as bad as I thought, salvageable. I've got everything patched up and an in the process of putting the foam back. I decided to go with the 2" block foam and a few cans of the spray in for the really tight spots. What is the best wood
to use for the new deck?
We are super excited to get this finished and hopefully get in a few weeks of killer fishing before the snow flies.

Thanks a bunch guys, your knowledge has been a life saver!!
