How to change hoses on deck drains

Anybody know how to change deck drain hoses ? Everytime I go out the bilge has to kick on even when I have the valve closed to live well and wash down. Nowhere else for it to be coming from.

Hard to give advise with no idea what boat your working on, the type of drain or how the hoses are routed.

My bad. 2200 century. Year 2007. The deck drains go through the hull on the sides. I can see how to take the drain loose on the deck but the discharge outlet doesnt have screws holding it to the boat. That's where I'm stumped..
