Wet foam equals seapage or leakage rip the floor out dig out the foam repair the stringers (if their wer they will rot) poly the deck wood (check the hull wile you are at it) repour the foam seal her up and have a ball!!!!!

What ever you do DO NOT SEAL WATER BOLOW DECK!!! FAstest way to make wood ROT
