No it wasn't in very good condition eaither but I talked to a couple boat repair shops and they said it was fine that it's mainly for support so what I did was use the great stuff I used some of each can (the red and blue can) to fill in the deep gaps then I layed the ply 5/8 in then used the tube to shove under it and used like three cans... I dnt kno it worked fine for me and I'm putting carpet in so I won't beable to see it anyways!!
