dont you mean Ibulbs.com ? ? ?<br /><br />by the way, how can i tell what year and watt my bulb is? is there a serial number somewhere i the bulb?<br /><br />what happens if i get too big of a bulb? will the extra weight be ok if i , lets say, take out a 100 and put in twin 50's?

And which bulbs are better normal or synthetic light bulbs. I have heard that using synthetic light bulbs in a new house can void the warrantee. I also have a friend that says using synthetic light bulbs are a waste of money.<br /><br />PS I always warm up my light bulbs on low using the dimmer, unlike some who go straight to full power. These always seem to be the same ones that use 100 watt bulbs in a 40 watt zone.

.....can I mount an auxilliary night light to my existing fixture? Like a 6 or 8 watt, I think 15 might be a bit much...<br /><br />And can I use the same controls?

My lamp shade/party hat needs the long stemmed light bulbs. Can I convert my existing bulb or should I ebay it and buy the right one?
