This is a 19 foot boat with a 10 foot long by 6 foot deck. I plan on putting down 3/4 ply with 1 layer of csm and one layer of 1708 ontop, and 1 layer of csm on bottom. How much polyester laminating resin should this take?

the last thing to rot in a boat is the floor, the first thing is the transom and stringers. from the looks of the pic, you are not done with demolition.

for a 19' boat, minimum amount of resin for transom stringers and floor would be in the 15-20 gallon range.

The floor alone would probably get done with about 3 gallons, maybe a bit more. But like was already said, keep digging, you will likely find more rot. I'm on my third 5 gallon bucket of polyester resin now and have the transom done, stringers done and floor 1/2 done. I figure i'll need a forth bucket before i'm all done things above the floor. Same size boat roughly as yours.

I did a 17' ski boat complete with 12 gallons. I took the time to hard roller the air out and keep the layers compressed as I wetted it out. Lighter and stronger if you put in the effort. If you just saturate it, you will need a good bit more.
Floor alone will take 3 to 4 gallons with the layup schedule you described.

1 GALLON OF RESIN COVERS 1608 SQUARE FEET PER 1 MIL OR 0.001 INCH CURED COATING THICKNESS ON A SMOOTH AND NONE ABSORBENT SUBSTRATE (A PANE OF GLASS FOR EXAMPLE) (LENGTH X WIDTH X COATING THICKNESS)/ 231 CUBIC INCHES PER GALLON = CUBIC INCHES OF COATING NEED 50 INCHES X 36 INCHES X 0.010 (10 MILS) = 18 CUBIC INCHES
