How do you subscribe to a forum?

[KM7]

There a button on right side of the page "+ Subscribe" but when I click on it I get an error:

"Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page (no_permission)"

Would subscribing help me to find the posts I want to read faster?

It's working for me, but that's no help for you. Notified Admin.
