How Difficult to Route the exhaust through the transom?

My exhaust goes through the Volvo 280 outdrive (flapper, not through the prop). Although it's nice and quiet, it's a little too mundane. I like the sound of an exhaust that ports out the transom.

Ayuh,... Nothin' to it,... Buy the parts, drill the holes,+ bolt it up....

any idea if they make kits for this or should I just find the bits/pieces?
