My first boat(parent's won't let me get anything bigger. )

Got a better trolling motor since those pics. That was with a 24 pound thrust motor. I now have a 40 pound thrust Motorguide. I'm looking for a small outboard to push it around. Maybe even get it on plane... 5HP and under... Keyword here is CHEAP!!

wvit1001, it doesn't look like that forklift operator is paying much attention there.

The latest incarnation of the in-progress Texas Maid refit: Have to wire in the bilge pump, hot and ground wires to the switch panel and then it's off to the lake.

Thanks! I hope I'm able to keep it as clean as they did! It stays in the garage when not in use so that helps. the only thing on the whole boat that doesn't work is the speedo, but I have a GPS I'd rather use anyway.
