Honda BFP20 compression

I'm looking into a used 2005 Honda BFP20 that is supposed to be in good condition. What compression numbers should I see, or, stay away from?

199 psi +/- 14 psi at 600 rpms. Make sure you have a good battery, the voltage at the engine should not drop below 11.5 volts when cranking or you wont be spinning 600rpms and will read low compression.

IMO a leak down test is easier to do and will give you more consistent results then a compression test on 4 stroke outboards.
