high tension leads

Hi guy's back again,
1 quik question,i am changing the lead wires from coils to plugs and i have 2 old ones left over from a set i had from my pick up the are new never used could i replace with these?
They are prestolit 7mm

If metal core, they're probably OK. Carbon core is NG.

the old are metal the ones i WAS going to use are carbon core .
I just have to get the right ones
