Help with old frosted gauges

My gauges are old and frosted. They work fine but are hard to read through the plastic lenses. Can I take them apart and replace the lenses? Anybody have a source for those?

If they are plastic lenses you might try sanding and buffing the lenses. I have done this to many plastic headlights that are foggy and works quite good.

Try TCut as used on car bodywork.. its gentle and worked on my plastic lamp glasses a treat..
