i got a 2007 merc 90hp 2 stroke,,, when i got ready to get boat off trailer i noticed the pee hole was clog,,,so while i was mmessing with that,,had motor runnin in the water,,,i noticed that something seemed to be leakin water/dirt from around the edges of these tabds thats on each side of the drive shaft cas,,is this normal??
