Help with mercury outboard (S/N to model & leaflet)

Hi there!

I live in Greece and I have found a 40hp outboard Mercury for purchase. The serial number is: 0p545373. I need to find the exact model and a leaflet or a data sheet that proves it's max horsepower. The reason I need these is the Greek (and European) legislasion that requires one of the two to be presented to the authorities so that the engine can be used legally.

Got it! It's a Mercury 40 ML 2008 model! Now all i need is a datasheet or a leaflet that states it's max hp..!
Any ideas?
