Help please!

I bought a 94 20' Skeeter 200ZX with some cobbed up wiring for the batteries for the trolling motor and charge switch.

Each Battery terminal wire goes to a block behind the transom area control panel. There is a block behind the panel with 2 pos and 2 neg cables for a total of 4 connections to the block. On the opposite of each terminal is a spade terminal wire to hook into the back of a 6 terminal rocker switch. There is a jumper wire to complete the 6 terminal hookup.

The rocker switch is labled 12V/run/charge on top and 24v run on bottom.

At the bow is a Johnson/OMC BFL4TP 24 volt trolling motor. It is listed as 24v only but when I took the head cover off the motor there were 3 wires going down the shaft. This confused me as I thought a 24 should only have 2 wires.
Also behind the 3 prong plug (female side) there is 1 orange to "1 Pos, 1 Red to "2 Pos and 1 Black to neg. On the male side of the plug only two wires are used.

How do I wire this thing to charge two batteries 12v from the onboard and troll @ 24v?

Under the trolling top cover is a green, black/red, and red going down the tube. I removed the motor head and the green is ground as it is screwed to the body at the bottom of the tube. the red hooks to a red going in the rear of the motor head and the black hooks into a green going into the head.
