Hi There <br />I have a new addition to my family<br />i believe it is a 15Hp Johnson<br />it serial number is 19671<br />can you help me out with what year this motor is<br /><br />thanks<br />J

Can you find a model number on the outboard. It should be on a metal tag somewhere on the transom mount? It's a whole lot easier to tell the year from a model number.

Hi There <br />that is the problem <br />i don't have that metal tag any more so i don't know the model #<br />thx for your help

Does it have thru-hub exhaust or is the propeller pin-drive? Any hope of posting a pic?
