Yes this is looks like the carb. It's got an aluminum body. No plastic. #7 and 11 are the only 2 gaskets I changed along with the needle and seat.

Before I did the vro delete the motor had a hard time idling but was manageable. Yes pumping the primer bulb helped the performance of the motor and kept it running. After the delete the motor doesn't seem to stall out while driving but has no low to mid range power. It also wants the choke fuel inrichment on to run.

I do get power when the throttle Is wide open. But from a start still the motor is sluggish and I am giving it more throttle than I remember to get the boat to move.

Otherside of the carb is the throttle roller. Make sure it is in one piece

Yes I need a manual.
Ok yes the plastic seems fine and there is a plastic covering on it that turned clear after the carb cleaning. The clear covering looks like someone cut a small piece of clear hose and cut it to put it over the black hard plastic piece.

Fuel problem. I would replace the fuel pump with an OEM one or better yet rebuild the vro.

If I pull the vro apart will I see something. Like a torn diaphragm. I'm hoping my old vro is ok and I have another problem.
