Help me identify the purpose of a combing hole.

I'm getting to know my new (to me) 2352. There are features on it that I can't find in any manual.

So on both combings between the rod holders there is another factory installed fitting with a hole that is too small for a fishing rod. The hole is about about 1" in diameter and is shaped like a huge torx bit hole with multiple corners (if that makes sense) . I will try to post a picture of it once I figure out how to if nobody knows offhand what I am talking about. Thanks

Randy

I think it is a hole for an aftermarket rodholder post.

This is the Scotty version rod holder base.

That is it Craig. I actually found the rod holders tucked away in the compartment under the passenger seat. Thanks for posting!
