Have to agree with that statement that it is wall art.----But some folks like a challenge.----Bought a MAC 10 myself one time to see how it was put together.

Outboard.----Made in Italy using a ROTARY engine ( Sachs ) from Germany.----About 10 HP I think.---Easy to see about it ---google

Very interesting, brother had a wankel powered snowmobile, everyone liked it ! It would do just a little over 50 mph, whether by yourself or carried a passenger or carried two and pulled a skiboose. Funky sounding but never failed us, just used a lot of fuel and had a lot of grunt !!

Is there a tag on it anywhere with a model or serial number? Maybe a tag on the power head
