Help identifying boat/hull

I'm a newbie to boat restoration and picked up a 27 foot wreak at a good price but no-one seems to know the make or model of the hull so I'm hoping someone out there can help ?? Also, any ideas what engine she would have had as it's, well, missing :-(

Seeing that you live in the UK I doubt that anyone here will reconize it. But search for a M/N# and S/N# all over check all around the transom for a stamp that may have the information your looking for. Also check under and around the dash.

Is it an I/O or an O/B? if an inboard (which im betting on) does it still have the leg? What type is it?

I had a better look at the picks and see it is an inboard, does it still have the leg? If so repowering should be fairly easy (if its in good shape)

Indeed it is an inboard but all parts of the drive are missing. I will take another look over the hull to see what I can find. I guess I will also try and find a forum in the UK

forget the forums in the uk....this site has the answers !

all boats are made equal....hull ....stringers...transom.....

i would guess that boat had a 5.7 ltr alpha 1 drive or a volvo....

who cares what was in it...its what you can get....and we will walk you right thru anything you feel you need to replace...

when i first look at it, my first thought was European, style, definitely not a US built boat.
